We need to move and meditate more than ever to maintain our calm and strength during these historic times. Uncertainty touches us all causing anxiety and stress. The beauty of Pilates class is that it gives you back the sense of discipline, a routine, which is important for peaceful heart and wellbeing. It allows you focus on the present moment and relax.

Classes available during School term time only.

All classes except Mindful Walking are on Zoom until further notice.

Before joining the class it is advisable to have at least one individual session. Individual 45 minutes Zoom sessions cost £30.00
