Meditation came into my life gradually. At first it was part of yogi practice. Later, as a student I had the honour to meet his holiness the Dalai Lama. His teachings inspired me to look at Meditation more deeply.
A decade ago Meditation helped me to go through my personal losses in mindful way, keep the cool and equanimity. Then I have decided to take on Mindfulness Meditation teacher training, which would allow me to teach others this life skill. Now I use Mindfulness Meditation techniques to help my clients to calm their minds and relax their bodies.
Mindfulness Meditation and Mindful Walking help you to put anxiety and the clutter of the world to one side and teach you to control your thoughts, instead of your thoughts controlling you. Gentle, slow movements, awareness of breath and mindful walking will help you to ground yourself in the moment. We all are different and have different needs. Mindfulness Meditation will empower you to reach your own goals of happiness and inner peace. Classes are appropriate for everyone from beginners to practitioners. All that is required that you attend with an open heart.
